Returns

What’s your return policy?

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been approved by our customer service team with return form via email amourr.au@gmail.com. Without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
  • Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Your Item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) if the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Products

Please contact our team immediately for faulty products with photo attached, Amourr will offer you replacement or store credit.

Here’s what you need to know:

You can track your return via your chosen delivery service and see when it reaches our warehouse. This usually takes a few days. Once your return has reached our warehouse, allow up to 4 business days for us to process your return or exchange. :)
If you still have not received any response after this time. Please follow up with our team at amourr.au@gmail.com. 

Paypal has your return shipping costs covered

*Up to 8 refunds per PayPal account on eligible purchases per year. A cap of $45 per refund request applies. This service is only eligible to customers who pay with their Paypal account.
