When will I receive my item?
All items are shipped within 48 hours on business day from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

Express shipping - $9.99 AUD flat rate
FREE EXPRESS shipping on orders over $150 AUD
Express shipping means your order will arrive to you within next business day or 2-3 business days depending on the delivery is in metro or regional area.
DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders. Except any order $10 or less will attract a flat shipping fee of $4.99
Standard delivery normally takes 2-6 business days, sometimes it could delay up to 10 business days. Please send us a message if you still haven’t got it after 10 business days, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED STANDARD SHIPPING
USA - $15 AUD flat rate (10-18 business days)
Canada - $15 AUD flat rate (10-18 business days)

SALES PERIODS
There may be a delay on shipment during sale periods. This is quite common and usually this is out of our hands but we will do everything we can to speed up the process. Just drop us an email at hello@amourr.com.au if you have not received your order within 15 business days.
PRE-ORDERS POLICY
What is a Pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. If you would like to order our pre order items, Please read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre Order.
TERMS & CONDITION
All pre orders will be shipped ASAP once arrived in our warehouse. If you order an in stock item with a pre order item, both would be shipped together when the pre order arrives. If you wish to receive the item that is in stock earlier, please make a separate order.
The date given is an expected delivery date given to us by the supplier. We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control.
All pre order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Pre orders can not be exchanged before delivery.
